Job Title: Medical Device Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Device Territory Manager to join our team at SMR Group Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the spine market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals in the spine market.
  • Provide education and training to surgeons and facilities on our innovative medical device technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in medical device sales, with a strong understanding of the spine market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or life sciences.
