About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Relationship Manager to join our team at Squarespace Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with hotel and restaurant customers to understand their goals and objectives.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Identify new opportunities within existing hotel and restaurant accounts, develop strategies to maximize these opportunities, and implement growth plans.
  • Upsell and Cross-Sell: Reach out to hotel and restaurant customers to upsell additional Tock products and services that can benefit their operations.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the hotel and restaurant segment.
  • Customer Success: Partner with the Implementation Manager for new hotel and restaurant customers, ensuring a smooth transition onto the Tock platform. Conduct regular performance analysis for the customer, showcasing the value and return on investment while identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Customer Feedback and Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback, feature requests, and other insights to share with Tock's Product team.
  • Customer Retention: Monitor customer success metrics, identifying at-risk clients and implementing strategies to retain them.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 3 years of account management/customer service experience with a focus on relationship management.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with hotel and restaurant businesses.
  • Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including leading meetings, providing status reports, developing project plans, and tracking issues/risk logs.
  • Communication and Engagement: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects working with all levels of management.
  • Salesforce Experience: Experience using Salesforce.

Cash Compensation Range

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. In addition to the cash compensation below, all Tock employees are eligible to receive equity in the company as part of their total compensation.

Cash Compensation Range: $95,000 - $125,000 USD
