Position Overview
The role involves overseeing the administration and accounting of government property allocated to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounting tasks related to government property and perform necessary administrative functions.
  • Establish protocols for the receipt and distribution of materials and equipment classified as government property.
  • Compile and submit various reports mandated by government regulations.
  • Act as the company's representative during audits concerning government property.
  • Support warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving operations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI DoD Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Extensive understanding of government property management practices is essential.
  • Proficient in desktop applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Work is conducted under general supervision and may involve both indoor and outdoor environments. The role may require climbing on military equipment and lifting, carrying, or moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Verification of citizenship is required for compliance with Export Control regulations. A "US Person" is defined by 22 C.F.R. §, which includes US Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and certain refugee or asylee designations.
Salary Range: $55K – $62K DOE
