Position Summary:

We are on the lookout for a Claims Recovery Specialist to become a vital part of our team across various office locations. This position entails overseeing subrogation and salvage recoveries within our North America claims division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations to pinpoint recovery possibilities
  • Collect relevant information to substantiate recovery claims
  • Inform involved parties about recovery prospects and supervise recovery initiatives
  • Delegate and oversee legal representation for litigated cases
  • Maintain a reporting system for subrogation prospects
  • Execute Claim Quality Reviews on Property & Marine Claims

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Over 7 years of experience in handling Commercial Property and/or Marine claims
  • Minimum of 3 years in claims recovery
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage a caseload effectively
  • Collaborative team player with adjuster licenses in multiple jurisdictions (preferred)
