Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage directly with Field Application Engineers or clients to conduct failure analysis and provide support.
  • Participate in validation processes to showcase product performance and capabilities.
  • Develop and validate evaluation boards along with their corresponding PCB layouts.
  • Conduct validation of new integrated circuit designs at the board level and prepare IC test reports.
  • Draft product datasheets, application notes, user manuals, and other relevant documentation.
  • Establish laboratory testing platforms utilizing various instruments and perform testability analyses.
  • Support the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to production release, collaborating with multiple functional teams including Design Engineering, Test Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
  • Create and implement production and characterization test plans and specifications.
  • Design and troubleshoot hardware and software for laboratory validation and qualification purposes.
  • Conduct bench testing to evaluate various device parameters for design verification, characterization, and correlation.
  • Analyze measurement outcomes and ensure correlation between Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and bench results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience or a Master's degree with 8 years of experience in Engineering or a related technical field, particularly in analog IC validation.
  • Relevant experience in hardware/software design environments.
  • Familiarity with both analog and digital circuitry.
  • Proficient in using a comprehensive range of laboratory equipment, including network analyzers, oscilloscopes, and waveform generators.
  • Skilled in programming languages such as Python or C.
  • Experienced in data analysis, particularly using Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
