Role of Senior Field Engineer
  • Oversee layout work and surveying tasks
  • Support project cost management and time tracking
  • Verify the accuracy of construction forms prior to concrete placement
  • Interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Manage quality assurance processes
  • Participate in meetings and report on project status
Additional Duties
  • Assist with safety initiatives and subcontractor coordination
  • Supervise material deliveries and ensure quality
  • Lead small labor teams
  • Generate reports on construction progress
Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of commercial construction methodologies
  • Proficient in interpreting design documents and leading teams
  • OSHA 30 certification is mandatory
