Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager and Business Development Professional to join our team at KEO and Associates, Inc. This individual will play a dual role, combining project management expertise with strategic business development initiatives to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement solutions to mitigate them.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, progress reviews, and post-project evaluations.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and close-out materials.

Business Development:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts to expand the company's network and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new projects and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies that enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay informed about market trends and build the company's profile.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000
