Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performance.

About the Role

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications/programs, internet research, database management, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performance;
  • Post final student grades, reports or awards on time as per school policy;
  • Actively participate in meetings and training programs as required;
  • Provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, scanning, reporting grades and working special events;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in higher education administration;
  • Bachelor's degree preferred;
  • Proven leadership and business administration experience;
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications/programs, internet research, database management, and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
