Academic Records Manager

Smith Chason College is seeking an experienced Academic Records Manager to join our team.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performance.
About the RoleThis role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications/programs, internet research, database management, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of student academic and attendance performance;
- Post final student grades, reports or awards on time as per school policy;
- Actively participate in meetings and training programs as required;
- Provide back-up for records and registration services, including registering students, issuing transcripts, answering phones, scanning, reporting grades and working special events;
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in higher education administration;
- Bachelor's degree preferred;
- Proven leadership and business administration experience;
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications/programs, internet research, database management, and analytical skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
