Job Overview

EFP Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Electronics Data Management Specialist to join our team. This critical role supports inventory management, quality control, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve data accuracy by accurately logging serial numbers from electronic components and devices into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Create and maintain organized Excel sheets to ensure data is properly formatted and up-to-date.
  • Verify serial number accuracy by cross-checking against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipment records.
  • Assist in auditing and reconciling inventory discrepancies related to serial numbers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, basic formulas, and formatting.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a team.
