About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced New Business Development Executive to join our team at The FESCO Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the US domestic beauty and personal care consumer products category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a national account strategy to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national retail chains, including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, and Sephora.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in the beauty and personal care sector.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust your strategy accordingly to ensure optimal results.
  • Foster relationships with customers and negotiate agreements to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of bringing in new accounts and building a business.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the consumer products beauty sector within the national US and Canada retail markets.
  • Average annual sales exceeding $3M within the beauty category.
  • Competitive base salary, healthcare benefits, 401k plan, and robust sales commissions based on quarterly and annual targets.
  • This is a hybrid role with some business travel required.
