Job Description

Sales Assistants play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction at Schneps Media. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to optimize account management and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop expertise in our internal systems to process orders, generate reports, and provide valuable insights to clients and Sales Executives.
  • Ensure timely collection of assets for campaigns, guaranteeing seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate training and scheduling for sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Maintain a well-stocked inventory of sales presentation materials, including slides and brochures, to support effective client engagement.
  • Analyze customer shopping data to inform sales strategies, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Enter order information into the company database and manage aging reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding their account or sales products, providing prompt and professional support.

Required Skills:
