ROLE SUMMARY:

As a vital member of the Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer success. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a liaison between their needs and the agency's departments. You will also be responsible for proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve the lives of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and present insurance quotes to customers, with a focus on closing sales and meeting revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to customer inquiries.
  • Promote long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience, with a proven track record of success in meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
  • Bilingual Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and the ability to apply them in a sales environment.
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
