About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the email marketing strategy to drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer adoption and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to inform future strategy and optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Amazon's email marketing efforts remain competitive
  • Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop compelling email content and campaigns
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional marketing experience, with a focus on email marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to measure and analyze campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with email marketing automation tools and platforms
