About the Role

Welcome to Infinity Enterprises as a Senior IT Professional System Management Microsoft Windows/ Azure (m/f/d). Infinity Enterprises is a leading provider of innovative solutions for buildings and industry.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a stable IT operation of server infrastructures and applications in the Microsoft Windows/ Azure and Citrix environment.
  • Operate the server landscape in our data centers and increasingly in cloud environments under Microsoft Azure or AWS, and ensure the up-to-dateness of the landscape in terms of services, licenses, support, and further development.
  • Introduce new services based on customer demands and ensure necessary IT security and governance.
  • Support the central and local data center strategy in our country organizations and design solutions for optimizing and further developing systems/applications within the technology domain for complex requirements.
  • Work in incident and change management of the IT landscape, as well as support IT projects and be a competent and experienced contact person for system-related issues in daily operations (run IT).
  • Adapt and optimize system configurations (critical and non-critical systems/applications) and automate administrative processes.
  • Independently handle and coordinate demands, monitor system functions (monitoring, troubleshooting), and install patches and perform release upgrades.

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies with a focus on business administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT system management, preferably in a Microsoft Windows and Azure environment.
  • Strong knowledge of IT security and governance principles.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
