We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Bower Management, Inc.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel, as well as strong management skills and the ability to multi-task.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing everyday account payables and account receivables, performing daily clerical and accounting duties, and maintaining accurate filing and reporting in multiple computer systems.
Additionally, the candidate will be expected to oversee all administrative duties in the office, ensure the office is operating smoothly, and maintain good work relationships with Co-Workers, Managers, and Owners.
Key qualifications include 2+ years of QuickBooks experience, 2+ years of Microsoft Word and Excel experience, 2+ years of Clerical experience, and 1-3 years of Bookkeeping or Office Management Role experience.
Strong management skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential for this role.
Applicants should have a High School or Some College Credits and be able to commute to Kingston, PA.
