Residential Program Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Manager to join our team at In Flight, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall health, safety, and well-being of our residential group home residents, as well as the supervision and direction of our residential staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the weekly scheduling of residential staff to ensure client ratios are at required standards to support the supervision of residents and meaningful programming for all shifts.
- Provide leadership, supervision, and training to in-house Team Leads, DSPs, and other professional staff, including on-the-floor supervision to ensure staff is assigned specific duties.
- Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required documentation and notifications, including incident management and resident progress notes.
- Oversee the conducting and recording of monthly fire drills and report any potentially dangerous conditions to the Residential Director.
- Work closely with Human Resources to ensure training compliance and identify training needs, conduct and document staff meetings monthly, and act as the lead person for crisis situations.
- Ensure proper documentation and notifications to parents, guardians, and care coordinators, and support the oversight and management of program funds and expenditures.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, Human Services, or a related field, and two years of supervisory experience in the DD field, or an AAS degree and four years of supervisory experience in the DD field.
- Ability to manage others and good communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and writing skills.
- Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl. The employee must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
