Regional Sales Manager

Sekisui SPR Americas, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the Eastern Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and increasing sales for our pipeline rehabilitation products, expediting market penetration, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet corporate objectives and drive sales growth in the Eastern Region
- Understand industry trends, key drivers, and environmental factors influencing funding of key projects and programs
- Identify decision-makers in target regions and agencies, and negotiate specifications with end-users
- Maintain project tracking lists and forecast sales volumes monthly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to achieve business objectives
- High School Diploma required; 4-year Business degree preferred
- Prior supervisory experience and sales success in municipal utility projects
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel up to 80% of the time
- Ability to work from a home office, preferably located within the USA region assigned
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and sit for long periods
