Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise staff to ensure the successful operation of the branch, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

- Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent team building, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
