Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Direct and supervise staff to ensure the successful operation of the branch, including recruitment, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Operational Management: Oversee production processes to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and financial goals are met, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Financial Management: Work with the Regional Manager to develop operating budgets and manage P&L for the branch, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and safety of production processes.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales to establish and maintain proper inventory levels, meeting customer and cash management needs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Deliver reports to executive team members as requested and conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication of goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
Requirements
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent team building, leadership, and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with experience in inventory management processes and budgeting.
  • Experience: 5 years of management experience in a production industry, with experience in creating an annual budget and managing a P&L, and rigging and below-the-hook experience preferred.
