We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team at Automania. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Utilize your sales skills to generate new leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- CRM Management: Manage our customer relationship management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on customer interactions.
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to engage with our customers and promote our products.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with our sales and customer service team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a sales or customer-facing role.
- Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer relationship management.
- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software and social media platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
