Assistant Branch Leader

This role involves overseeing sales growth and profitable operations for the branch, participating in developing and updating the branch's marketing plan, and recruiting, hiring, training, and managing branch staff. You will also be responsible for ensuring successful completion of installations, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales and installation projections.

As a key player in our team, you will contribute to increased employee engagement, promote positive culture, and fuel business results. This role requires 40-50% travel to our locations in Dallas, TX, San Antonio, TX, and Houston, TX. Temporary to permanent relocation may be required.

As a Branch Operations Manager, you will support in various capacities such as projects, training new employees, closing commercial contracts, and providing feedback on new training or projects. This is a great opportunity to start your career path as a Permanent Branch Manager at Bath Fitter.

We are looking for:

  • 3-5 years of related experience
  • Energetic, high performing skill set, experience with fast-paced Retail and/or Operational Management
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Bilingual preferred - Spanish/English
  • Ability to obtain a US passport

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee sales growth and profitable operations for the branch
  • Participate in developing and updating the branch's marketing plan
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage branch staff (sales, installation, administration)
  • Ensure successful completion of installations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales and installation projections
  • Manage inventory, equipment, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with state and insurance requirements
  • Monitor reports and initiate necessary action plans
  • Ensure adherence to Bath Fitter policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Attend and participate in branch or regional meetings and training sessions
