We seek a dynamic leader to serve as our Sales Manager in our Houston, TX location.

The selected candidate will:

  • Supervise all branch sales, administrative, and service personnel.
  • Help develop the overall plan for the branch's growth.
  • Have profit and loss responsibility for the branch.
  • Ensure adherence to Kaeser's operational guidelines.
  • Assist other departments in maintaining a customer-focused experience.

The successful candidate's background will include:

  • HS Diploma (required), College degree (preferred).
  • 3-5 years' management experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or industrial/manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to develop new business while increasing existing business.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor sales, service, and office staff.
  • Clean driving record (required).
  • Computer skills (required).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
