Athletic Event Coordinator

Company Overview: As an Athletic Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various athletic events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute event plans, including logistical arrangements and budget management.
- Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event outcomes.
- Coordinate with staff members and volunteers to ensure effective event execution.
- Monitor event attendance, revenue, and expenses, providing regular reports to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Recreation Administration, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances effectively.
