Position Summary

We are currently seeking Security Site Supervisors for the Miami-Dade area.

As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for protecting clients across various sectors such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. This role serves as a vital link between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security personnel. You will oversee staff during your assigned shift, providing guidance, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within the approved framework.

Compensation: $19/hour

Schedule: Full Time, Wednesday to Sunday (10am-6pm)

Essential Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid Florida Security License D
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in security is required
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Proficient in using a computer or tablet
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for the entire shift
  • Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
  • Background checks will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily security operations at the assigned client site
  • Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and development
  • Ensure high-quality security services are delivered to protect personnel and property
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees
  • Coordinate support services to meet or exceed operational and financial objectives while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting and contractual obligations
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding any issues or program updates
  • Address escalated security concerns or emergencies as necessary
  • Perform additional management duties as assigned by leadership
  • Assist in staffing needs by collaborating with recruiters to identify and hire qualified candidates
  • Support staff development through performance management practices
  • Ensure employee grievances are addressed and personnel records are maintained accurately
  • Disseminate company policies and announcements effectively
  • Meet all contractual hours with minimal unbilled overtime
  • Conduct site-specific training and ensure compliance with corporate training standards
  • Maintain operational procedures and ensure availability of emergency reference materials
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring proper inventory levels
  • Engage proactively with clients to meet their needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Utilize WinTeam for scheduling, billing, and reporting purposes
  • Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos
