  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols.
  • Supervise inventory counts and address discrepancies.
  • Assist in monitoring supply levels and ordering procedures.
  • Handle opening and closing responsibilities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Visual Presentation:

  • Ensure adherence to visual merchandising standards.
  • Maintain the sales floor and stock areas to company specifications.
  • Regularly check store equipment for safety compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar retail role.
  • Strong customer service and leadership capabilities.
  • Experience in luxury retail is a plus.
  • Encourage team feedback to enhance store performance.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
