Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a dedicated team of manufacturing engineers.
  • Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to boost productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
  • Manage the introduction and integration of new machinery and tools.
  • Oversee engineering projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses and execute corrective measures for process-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance.
  • Provide training and mentorship to engineering personnel, fostering professional growth.
  • Analyze production metrics to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on engineering initiatives and project progress.
  • Support the development and launch of new products.
  • Stay informed about advancements in manufacturing technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Preferred fields include Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Procurement, and Supply Chain, with a strong foundation in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, and MRP.
  • Proven expertise in continuous improvement, problem-solving techniques, and project management, with hands-on experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, presentation, and training skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to influence and guide teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is highly regarded.
  • Lean Champion Certification is a plus.
