Overview:
The role of the Privileged Access Management Lead is crucial in safeguarding the organization's sensitive information and ensuring compliance with security protocols. This position will oversee the development and implementation of the Privileged Access Management (PAM) program, focusing on enhancing security measures and streamlining access controls.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Program Development:** Establish and manage a comprehensive PAM strategy that aligns with the organization's security objectives and regulatory requirements.
2. **Service Delivery:** Plan and execute PAM services, including health assessments and implementation projects, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
3. **Platform Management:** Lead the architecture and configuration of the PAM platform, including essential components such as password management and session monitoring.
4. **Policy Enforcement:** Define and implement policies and procedures to govern privileged access and ensure compliance across the organization.
5. **Cloud IAM Strategy:** Develop and execute an IAM strategy for cloud environments, particularly focusing on AWS, to ensure secure access management.
6. **Risk Assessment:** Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the IAM framework and implement necessary mitigations.
7. **Collaboration:** Work closely with IT, security, and development teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing systems, fostering a collaborative approach to security.
8. **Technical Leadership:** Provide guidance on IAM best practices and lead internal teams in enhancing security standards.
9. **Vendor Management:** Oversee vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met, driving performance improvements as needed.
10. **Team Development:** Mentor and manage a team of security professionals, promoting their growth and ensuring high performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with a focus on PAM solutions.
- Proven expertise in managing cloud IAM, particularly within AWS environments.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
