About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Claim Representative to join our team at Travelers Insurance. As a key member of our Claim Organization, you will play a critical role in providing assurance to our customers during life's challenging moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional claim handling throughout the claim life cycle, ensuring full compliance with internal and external standards and state-specific regulations.
  • Resolve inquiries from customers, contractors, agents, or other participants on open or closed Property claims.
  • Participate in our Catastrophe Response Program, which may involve deployment to assist our customers in other states.
  • Complete virtual inspections of losses, including accurate scope of damages, photographs, written estimates, and/or computer-assisted estimates.
  • Handle claims and other functional work involving one or more lines of business other than property.
  • Acquire and maintain relevant Insurance Licenses to comply with state and Travelers requirements.
