Application Specialist

FrankCrum, a professional employer organization, is seeking a skilled Application Specialist to join their team in Clearwater, FL. As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in administering and managing the company's customer-facing time clock application and associated onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead support for Time Entry System and Time Clock Hardware
- Partner with clients and internal groups to understand business needs and provide customized solutions
- Define workflows and business rules to meet customer and internal business needs within various systems
- Document troubleshooting activities and develop a knowledge base for technicians
- Maintain inventory levels of physical time clocks and track licenses and configurations
- Install, troubleshoot, and replace physical time clocks to ensure clients can clock in/out as required
- Identify process and workflow improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency gains
- Document system processes and client setup procedures
- Meet with business units to gather feedback and collect requirements for new client implementations
- Design and develop training materials and troubleshooting documentation
- Perform administrative duties such as user account setup and password reset
- Implement, administer, and support the Employee Self Service Module
- Provide regular technical support as required by management
Keys to success in this position include general knowledge of operating systems and networking infrastructures, understanding of programming and data conversion, and prior experience with Kronos or other TLM solutions. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Two years of related experience consulting with customers and business units is also necessary.
