HCV Program Manager

Quadel Consulting Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCV Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our affordable housing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative, professional, and technical employees, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and providing leadership and direction in establishing program goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure the successful implementation of our affordable housing programs.
- Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, the Administrative Plan, and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and direction in establishing program goals, objectives, and policies.
- Investigate and resolve problems related to program management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on program performance and progress.
- Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the management of assisted and affordable housing programs, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of program development, monitoring, and evaluation techniques, as well as principles and practices of public administration and public housing management.
- Ability to use systems of records, such as Visual Homes, Emphasys, QualCheck, and QualTrack.
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
