Job Summary

Quadel Consulting Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HCV Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of our affordable housing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of administrative, professional, and technical employees, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations, and providing leadership and direction in establishing program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of employees to ensure the successful implementation of our affordable housing programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, the Administrative Plan, and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and direction in establishing program goals, objectives, and policies.
  • Investigate and resolve problems related to program management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on program performance and progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the management of assisted and affordable housing programs, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of program development, monitoring, and evaluation techniques, as well as principles and practices of public administration and public housing management.
  • Ability to use systems of records, such as Visual Homes, Emphasys, QualCheck, and QualTrack.
