About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Pricing Strategist to join our team at AG Consulting Partners. As a key member of our pricing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our suppliers' quotations meet our 'should cost' estimates and value engineering targets. You will also be responsible for advising on the cost and value impact of changes in specification, collaborating with suppliers and internal customers to identify product innovations and value engineering opportunities, and deploying pricing levers to achieve cost improvement and value optimization.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to be an effective communicator and influencer, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You will also need to be a self-starter, able to work independently and navigate ambiguity with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Ensure supplier quotations meet 'should cost' estimates and value engineering targets
  • Advise on the cost and value impact of changes in specification
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal customers to identify product innovations and value engineering opportunities
  • Deploy pricing levers to achieve cost improvement and value optimization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of finance, business management, and sales operations experience
  • Must have product pricing strategy experience
  • Experience identifying significant opportunities and driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Skilled in influencing and ability to build lasting relationships across multiple layers in the organization

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
