As an IT Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary resource for diagnosing and addressing a range of technology-related issues. Your responsibilities will include managing tasks through helpdesk software and providing support to end-users facing challenges with hardware, software, networking, telecommunication, and other technical matters. This is a full-time role where your skills will be invaluable.

Key Qualifications:

  • An Associate Degree or higher
  • A minimum of 2 years of IT Helpdesk experience along with at least 2 years of relevant background.
  • Exceptional communication abilities in person, via phone, and in written form.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  • Capability to troubleshoot remotely using phone, web conferencing, and remote access tools.
