Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving technical issues related to our platform, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineering and software engineering, to resolve technical issues and improve our platform.
  • Analyze data to identify potential causes of technical issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our platform, cloud technologies, and troubleshooting practices to provide expert-level support to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our platform remains competitive and innovative.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, or other authentication or user management systems.
  • Understanding of email troubleshooting, including Office 365 and Exchange.
  • Knowledge of web services, including SOAP and REST.
  • Working knowledge of network troubleshooting, including Ping and Telnet.
  • Hands-on experience with bi-directional integrations between two systems.
  • Scripting languages, such as JavaScript, and relational databases, such as MySQL and Oracle.
  • Experience with log file analysis and troubleshooting.
