Technical Support Specialist

Sustainable Talent is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and partners, working with software developers, program managers, and customers to investigate reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues related to NVIDIA products and technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement software tools that improve productivity.
- Collaborate with software developers and program managers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues.
- Test NVIDIA products on customer-specific platforms to ensure compatibility.
- Develop and implement software tools that improve productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in customer support or software-hardware testing.
- Deep understanding of Windows OS and PC architecture.
- Experience with debugging tools, memory dump analysis, and remote debugging.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with NVIDIA GPU hardware and prior experience in PC game testing.
- Scripting experience in Python or PowerShell.
