Job Title: House Attendant-Night

The House Attendant-Night position is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel’s public spaces during the night shift. Responsibilities include performing thorough cleaning of designated areas, setting up and maintaining complimentary services in the hotel lobby, such as coffee offerings and evening concierge activities. This role may also require preparing meeting rooms, delivering requested items to guest accommodations, and operating the shuttle van as needed. The position primarily operates during overnight hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A **High School diploma** or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Effective communication skills are essential for conveying information clearly.
  • Ability to swiftly assess situations and determine appropriate actions is required.
  • Experience in managing high-pressure scenarios is beneficial.
  • Strong listening skills to understand and address concerns from guests and colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with guests and staff in a friendly and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards.
  • Exhibit high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including adherence to uniform policies.
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines to ensure smooth hotel functioning.
  • Provide turndown service for assigned guest rooms and suites.
  • Refresh guest rooms as needed to maintain cleanliness.
  • Restock necessary supplies in guest rooms on a daily basis.
  • Complete pre-cleaning tasks, including organizing guest and cleaning supplies.
  • Dispose of trash and soiled linens from guest accommodations.
  • Ensure hallways, public areas, and storage spaces are kept clean and tidy.
  • Promptly report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager.
  • Handle Lost and Found items in accordance with established protocols.
  • Adhere to guidelines set forth by the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.
