Job Title: House Attendant-Night

The House Attendant-Night position is responsible for the thorough **cleaning** and **upkeep** of **common areas** within the hotel. This role includes **detailed cleaning** of **designated** spaces, as well as **organizing** and **maintaining** **complimentary** **lobby services** such as **coffee stations** and **evening concierge activities**. Additional duties may include **preparing** **meeting spaces**, **delivering** **requested items** to guest accommodations, and **operating** the shuttle van when **required**. This role primarily operates during **overnight hours**.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • **High School diploma** or equivalent, with **experience** in hospitality or a related field **preferred**.
  • **Effective** communication skills are **essential**.
  • **Ability** to **swiftly** and **accurately** **assess** and **choose** **appropriate** **actions** is **required**.
  • **Skilled** in **handling** **high-pressure** situations.
  • **Proficient** in **listening**, **understanding**, and **addressing** concerns from **guests** and **staff**.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • **Engage** with **guests** and **team members** in a **friendly** and **service-oriented** manner.
  • **Maintain** regular **attendance** in accordance with **company standards**.
  • **Uphold** high **personal grooming** and **appearance** standards, including **proper uniform** and **name tag** **compliance**.
  • Adhere to all **safety** and **efficiency** **guidelines** to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Provide **turndown service** for **designated** guest rooms and suites.
  • **Refresh** guest rooms as **needed**.
  • **Restock** the **required** number of guest rooms **daily**.
  • Complete all **pre-cleaning** tasks, including **guest supplies**, **cleaning materials**, and **linen organization**.
  • **Dispose** of all **waste** and **soiled linen** from guest accommodations.
  • Ensure **hallways**, public areas, and storage spaces are **clean**, **organized**, and **vacuumed**.
  • **Promptly** report any **maintenance** issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
  • Handle **Lost and Found** items in **accordance** with **established** **protocols**.
  • **Follow** **instructions** provided by the **Housekeeping Manager**.
  • Complete **additional** tasks as **assigned**.
