Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold exceptional cleanliness and service standards for our esteemed guests. This role involves managing the housekeeping team, ensuring adherence to our high-quality expectations, and maintaining an adequate supply of cleaning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the housekeeping budget, conduct inventory checks, and ensure sufficient cleaning supplies are available.
  • Coordinate repairs for cleaning equipment and maintain all tools in optimal condition.
  • Document areas serviced by room attendants and report any damages or maintenance needs.
  • Recruit and train housekeeping personnel to meet our service standards.
  • Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and common areas are impeccably maintained.
  • Participate in cleaning tasks alongside your team or assist with laundry as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest services.
  • Over 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping or similar fields.
  • Knowledgeable in environmental services (EVS), sanitation protocols, and the use of cleaning equipment.
  • Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
