Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain cleanliness in public areas by following a daily cleaning checklist.
  • Greet guests warmly and offer assistance as needed.
  • Collect and manage laundry, ensuring hallways remain clear and tidy.
  • Restock laundry supplies for housekeeping staff.
  • Utilize vacuum cleaners, brooms, and shampoo machines to clean carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Perform cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Wash walls and ceilings, rearranging furniture as necessary.
  • Conduct floor maintenance, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing.
  • Gather soiled linens for laundering.

  • Dispose of trash collected by room attendants.
Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with general cleaning practices, cleaning products, and standard cleaning equipment.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including reaching overhead, bending, and stooping.
  • Capability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Effective communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
