Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team. This position is vital in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
Compensation:
Annual salary of $68,640.00, paid bi-weekly. This role is eligible for overtime pay and additional shift differential compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct nursing staff within the facility, ensuring adherence to care standards.
- Coordinate nursing assignments and manage staffing to meet resident needs effectively.
- Conduct daily rounds to assess resident care and nursing practices.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to nursing care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of nursing activities.
- Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Valid Florida Registered Nursing License
- Current CPR certification
- Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Long Term Care settings
