Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support through established nursing standards, individualized care plans, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Coordinate shift assignments, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, and ensure completion of assignments.
Assist with all aspects of resident care, treatments, self-administration of medications, and coordinating medical appointments.
Report resident concerns and needs promptly to the appropriate team member.
Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow Resident's Rights policies at all times.
Requirements:
Licensure in Florida as a Practical Nurse.
Current CPR certification.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Effective communication skills in English: reading, speaking, and writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of experience in long-term care or 120 bed skilled nursing facility.
Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
Working Conditions:
