Position Overview: The Senior Contracts Analyst is a pivotal member of the Sales Operations team, tasked with supporting our sales initiatives across various transaction types, including Advanced Staining, Core Histology, and Pathology Imaging. This role necessitates collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, customer service, service and product management, IT, sales, and marketing, to effectively manage both internal and external operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and manage supply, capital, acquisition, and rental agreements, along with necessary amendments.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of agreement mechanics and financial modeling, crafting and revising contract language with minimal oversight.
  • Review and edit master terms and non-standard contracts, adjusting business and service terms as required.
  • Structure complex deals on non-standard documentation and serve as the primary analyst for intricate requests, facilitating discussions with external parties regarding contract evaluations.
  • Provide training to new team members on departmental processes and handle both low and high complexity requests, along with other assigned projects.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in agreement negotiation and redlining, or at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Expertise in reviewing business terms and conditions.
  • Proficient in contract creation, review, and modification.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Background in healthcare, particularly in relation to compliance with anti-kickback statutes.
