Summary CHS has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Data Management Specialist in our Finance Data Management department to be responsible for customer and vendor data management. This position will review and process data requests to ensure they are valid and accurate; ensuring data quality and standards are met. The ideal candidate will enjoy collaborating with other associates and team members, have strong attention to detail, and leverage strong communication skills. Please note: - This is not an IT job but rather a data management process role for someone with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and data-savvy. This position is hybrid, meaning it will be on-site two to three days a week at our Inver Grove Heights location. Responsibilities Manage ongoing queue of requests from CHS business areas for Customer and Vendor accounts ensuring that all requests are valid, accurate and completed within service level agreements. Send back requests that are not valid, accurate and completed within the service level agreements and understands service level agreement targets Investigate and resolve data incidents promptly that supports service level agreements. Ensures precise and timely documentation of data management standard processes Communicate and train data specialists on master data standards, definitions, processes, and data governance tools Assists with prioritizing daily workloads based on customer and vendor account submissions and seasonality of business area supporting Participate and/or lead projects to improve data management and related processes Execute data cleansing projects in coordination with other data stewards and data specialists Assist in data migration cleansing and validation activities Effectively communicate with other data specialists and data analysts to resolve day to day data management conflicts and escalate issues to management on a timely basis Minimum Qualifications (required) High School diploma or GED 4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting and/or Data Management Additional Qualifications Direct experience with SAP or other ERP systems in a data management or related role Data domain expertise (customer, vendor, business partner) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications.
