RN Float Pool Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit Nurse

The Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Medical Surgical Telemetry Units.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Assume responsibility for the care of patients with complex medical and surgical conditions, including vascular, wound care, GI, ophthalmology, and bariatric surgeries.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Current ACLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- BSN desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care preferred.
