As an RN Float Pool, you will provide high-quality patient care in our Medical Surgical Telemetry Units, utilizing your expertise and compassion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in our Medical Surgical Telemetry Units, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and safety.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- Current ACLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
- BSN desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care preferred.
