RN Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool team at Rose Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to patients on the Medical Surgical Telemetry unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Float to other units as needed to support staffing needs.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- Current BLS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Specific certifications required by the nursing areas assigned to.
- Experience in Medical Surgical Telemetry nursing preferred.
