RN Float Pool Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Rose Medical Center. As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various medical surgical telemetry units, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Utilize specialized skills and unit-specific competencies to provide care to patients in various medical surgical telemetry units.
- Supervise and direct the care of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.
- Current BLS with American Heart Association or American Red Cross for all Float Pool Registered Nurses required.
- Additional certifications required based on specialty unit (ACLS, PALS, STABLE, TNCC, ENPC, and/or NRP).
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing; BSN desirable.
- Two years' nursing experience minimum with specialty in acute care required.
