RN Medical Surgical Telemetry Float Pool

Rose Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical Float Pool team. As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high-quality patient care to a diverse range of patients, utilizing your expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care to medical surgical patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Float to various medical surgical units, providing care to patients with a range of medical conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
- BSN degree or equivalent experience.
- Current BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Specific certifications required by the nursing areas assigned to.
- Experience in medical surgical nursing, with a focus on float pool experience.
