Job Summary

Woodfords Family Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate School-Based Behavioral Health Professional to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with children and adolescents in a public school setting to help them achieve their learning and development goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess individual needs and develop personalized plans to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral growth.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to foster a therapeutic and enriched learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless support for students.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address students' mental health needs.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of student interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, social work, education).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
