Job Summary

We are seeking experienced School Based Mental Health Therapists to join our team. As a School Based Mental Health Therapist, you will work with students, teachers, and parents to provide mental health services and support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans
  • Provide consultation and training to teachers and staff on mental health topics

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health field (e.g. counseling, psychology, social work)
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Knowledge of school-based mental health services and policies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
