The Opportunity

We're seeking a Change Management Manager to join our Business Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the change management process and ensuring the successful implementation of changes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support the adoption of new business processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Support communication efforts to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Assess the impact of changes on employees and stakeholders, and develop plans to mitigate any negative effects.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to changes.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
About You

We're looking for a highly experienced change management professional with a strong track record of success in leading complex change initiatives. You'll need to have excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a deep understanding of change management methodologies and processes.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification.
