Job Summary:

As a Player Development Manager at Bally's Dover Casino Resort, you will be responsible for spearheading the Player Development initiatives, including increasing the player database, driving player revenue growth, and creating and implementing special events that foster a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a culture that embodies Bally's Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a welcoming and engaging environment for guests.
  • Enthusiastically promote Bally's customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationships.
  • Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, company initiatives, and organizational goals.
  • Select, train, and develop team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action.
  • Oversee the overall execution of the Player Development initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Support Slot and Table Games marketing efforts to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase club membership, loyalty, and casino revenue.
  • Develop, coordinate, and implement player special events that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Ensure all guest problems and concerns are addressed by exceeding guests' expectations for a resolution.
  • Attend all special events presented by the casino to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the Player Development team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the relevant gaming authority.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum three years of prior experience in casino marketing or five years in casino operations required.
  • Must have a minimum of three years of experience in player-tracking systems.
  • High-level public relations and customer service skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required.
  • Must have a working knowledge of table games and slot machines.
  • Must be able to work weekends, weeknights, and holidays.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, and stand.
  • Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach.
  • Occasionally required to sit or stoop.
  • Occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds.

Work Environment:

The work environment is fast-paced and contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
